On September 22, 2021, I tabled a Notice of Motion, seconded by Councillor Carol Anne Meehan, calling for a judicial inquiry into the contracts and management of Ottawa's problem LRT system. You paid for this system and you deserve to know how we got a system that is dysfunctional and has thrown our entire transit system into crisis.
If you agree with this motion and the need for more transparency, add your name to the petition. The motion should be discussed and voted on by City Council on November 10, 2021. The entire text of the motion can be found here
I support the calls for a judicial inquiry into the contracts and management of Ottawa's LRT system and urge council to pass the motion by Councillors Mckenney and Meehan that will be voted on at the November 10th City Council Meeting
A 4-storey residential building has been proposed at 15 Larch with 26 residential units, one visitor parking space, and 13 bicycle parking spaces. The proposal requires a Zoning By-law Amendment to increase the maximum permitted number of dwelling units and to decrease the minimum required front yard, rear yard, and west interior side yard setbacks.
Join the public meeting on Tuesday, June 7 to learn more about the project and share your comments and concerns with the applicant team.
