Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications have been submitted to permit a 10-storey mixed-use building at 18 Louisa St. The site is currently zoned Minor Institutional and the applicant proposes to rezone the property to Residential Fifth density to allow construction of the 10-storey building.
The existing building houses several small businesses and the applicant proposes to retain some commercial space in the new development. The new building would include 139 residential units, 88 vehicular parking spaces, and 79 bike parking spaces.
