A Zoning By-law Amendment application was submitted to construct a 23-storey mixed-use building at 315 Miwatè Private, within the Chaudière West district of the Zibi development. The building is proposed to have 239 residential units with 97 underground vehicle parking spaces and 282 bicycle parking spaces. The Zoning By-law Amendment addresses a request to increase the maximum permitted floorplate area for the 10th storey from 700 m² to 835.9 m².
The in-person meeting will be held on Monday, June 27 in the atrium of 15 Rue Jos-Montferrand, a completed Zibi building on the Gatineau side of the river.
