Zoning By-law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment applications have been submitted to the City of Ottawa to construct a 34-storey mixed-use building at 359 Kent and 436 and 444 MacLaren, featuring 405 residential units, retail and office uses, 332 vehicular parking spaces, and 409 bicycle parking spaces. The applicant intends to construct a landmark building per the Landmark Building policy (3.9.5.5) of the Centretown Secondary Plan, which permits buildings up to 27 storeys if they comply with 12 required criteria. 

The Zoning By-law and Official Plan Amendments are required to permit an increased building height and density and various minimum setback reductions.
