933 Gladstone Public Consultation

The City of Ottawa has received a Plan of Subdivision application to develop a mixed-use subdivision containing 24 townhouse dwellings, 92 stacked dwellings and 932 apartment dwelling units, as well as a variety of commercial units within some of the blocks. 933 Gladstone is a large vacant site owned by Ottawa Community Housing, located just east of the future Corso Italia LRT Station.

The applicant has submitted a Plan of Subdivision to develop the property into twelve development blocks and four streets to comprise the public right-of-way (ROW) that will bisect the site. Eight blocks are proposed to contain a mixture of townhomes, stacked back-to-back townhomes, mid-rise buildings, and high-rise buildings. In total, approximately 1,048 residential units are anticipated at full buildout of the subject lands, and the mixed-use buildings provide for approximately 9,290 square metres (100,000 square feet) of commercial space for non-residential uses.
