There is a Zoning By-Law Amendment and Official Plan application currently circulating for 951 Gladstone Ave and 145 Loretta Ave in the Civic Hospital / Hintonburg / Little Italy area. The application is to permit a mixed-used development with office, retail and residential uses in three high-rise towers at 30, 35 and 41-storeys in height.

Councillor Jeff Leiper and Councillor Catherine McKenney are hosting an open house to discuss this application on Monday, February 4 at the Hintonburg Community Centre (Wellington Room) from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The applicant's team will be on hand to run through the proposed development, and the lead planner will be available to field process questions. Jeff and Councillor McKenney will facilitate a Q + A which will begin at 6:20pm.
