A Joint Meeting of the Built Heritage Sub-committee and the Planning Committee will be held on Friday, October 1 at 9 am to discuss The Ottawa Hospital's Master Site Plan Control application and its heritage considerations. At this meeting, committee members will hear the full staff presentation on the Master Site Plan Control Application and associated information report on heritage considerations, ask questions of staff, and provide feedback as required on the heritage considerations information report.
Public delegations will also have an opportunity to present oral submissions on the overall Master Plan and the associated heritage considerations to the joint committees. The 2 committees will receive the Master Plan report and the associated Heritage Considerations report, but no recommendations on the approval of these reports will be made at the Joint Meeting.
A Special Meeting of Planning Committee will occur 15 minutes following the adjournment of the Joint Meeting. At this meeting, Planning Committee members will make recommendations to Council on the approval of the report: Master Site Plan Approval and Lifting of the Holding Provision – Part of 930 Carling Avenue and 520 Preston Street.
